Restoring Products for an Applicant

 

Restoring an applicant’s entire cart or individual products in their cart will move the products back to the active cart.

 

Begin in User Management by selecting the Users tab

 

 

Find your applicant and click on their Cart.

 

 

You will see a list of orders. To restore previously archived products click View underneath Previous Orders

 

 

You have options here. You can click Restore to the right of any products you wish to bring back to a user’s cart and when finished click Process Action.

 

 

Alternatively, you can click Restore to cart to restore the entire order to the applicants Active Cart and confirm the restoration.
