To keep your email organization up to date, you can delete categories that you no longer need.
Deleting an Email Category
- Head to Settings -> Emails.
- Move any emails that are in this category to another category. You can do this by either dragging and dropping them into a new category or clicking “Edit Properties” after hovering over the email and choosing the new category from the drop down menu.
- Hover over the category you wish to delete and click “Edit Category.”
- Click “Delete Category” in the bottom left of the pop-up menu.
- Confirm you wish to delete this category by clicking “Yes.”
