It’s simple to add dates to products in your Regpack project. There are a few ways to do this, so we’ve outlined the options below so you can select what is easiest based on your current system needs.
If you have existing products with no dates, simply click “Edit Product” and add dates in the date field one by one. This is a great option if you only have a few products to update.
You can also bulk add dates to products that currently do not have any, using our simple bulk date tool, explained below. This is a great option if you aren’t sure which products don’t currently have dates listed, as the tool will automatically filter for them and present only products eligible for dates to be added.
Lastly, you can convert any existing product to a session, which is a great idea if you’ve copied over a project from a previous year and would like to take advantage of the updated functionality that comes with sessions.
While both products and sessions have the ability to add dates, sessions also include:
- The option to add times in addition to dates
- Automatic time conflict management by date and time
- Session proration automatically
- Allowing for partial session sign-up with a surcharge option when partial days are selected
- Filtering of offerings on the front and back end, including by date, instructor, category, and more.
- Check-in / Check-out

Bulk Add Dates to Products That Currently Don’t Have Dates
You can also bulk add dates to products for a faster solution. This tool allows you to find the products that don’t currently have dates and add them by either adding the same date for all or adding dates individually to each product.
