A status selection module will appear displaying all of the existing statuses in your system. Here you can also create a new status. Select the appropriate status then click “Set Status”.
This feature will allow you to more easily organize target user groups- the best strategy is to combine a filter search with the assignment of a bulk status! Each user can then be easily reported on, or designated as “active” or “inactive”.
To begin, make sure you are in the User Management interface by selecting the “Users” tab located to the right of the Regpack logo.
Select the users you would like to assign the same status (remember you can use the filter search to target specific groups). To select all users, simply click the top box to select all users on that page, or all users.
From here, you can click any of the user’s status bars to update or change the status of all selected users. Remember, you can first filter for a specific set of users in order to assign a status to make the selection process easier. You can also sort users by application date, name, recent action, completion level, total order, total paid, balance, status name, stars, and number of comments to make filtering and selecting multiple users easier.
You can also click “Tools” and “Set Status to Users”. Note that you can also select one or multiple users and select “remove status from Users” to remove a status from multiple users at once.

From here, you can select an existing status to apply to all selected users, or create a new status.
Once you make your selection, you will be asked if you’d like to set that status for all selected users or just that user.
Select “Set Status for all # Users” and that status will apply to your selected users.
