CardConnect Application Process for Regpack Clients
Enabling CardConnect for your Regpack project(s) is simple.
- Let the Regpack Payments team know you would like to begin the application process. Click here to connect with the Payments Team.
- Regpack will submit your application to CardConnect for processing. The approval process will take approximately 3-5 business days.
- Once the application is processed, you will create a CardConnect admin account. You will agree to CardConnect Terms and Conditions at this time.
- Start accepting payments!
A few things to note:
- Saved cards already in your projects will not transfer to CardConnect. For this reason, we recommend enabling CardConnect only on new projects.
- The onboarding process to CardConnect can take up to 1 week, so keep that in mind when beginning the process.
