CardConnect Application Process for Regpack Clients

Enabling CardConnect for your Regpack project(s) is simple.

  1. Let the Regpack Payments team know you would like to begin the application process. Click here to connect with the Payments Team.
  2. Regpack will submit your application to CardConnect for processing. The approval process will take approximately 3-5 business days.
  3. Once the application is processed, you will create a CardConnect admin account. You will agree to CardConnect Terms and Conditions at this time.
  4. Start accepting payments!

A few things to note:

  • Saved cards already in your projects will not transfer to CardConnect. For this reason, we recommend enabling CardConnect only on new projects.
  • The onboarding process to CardConnect can take up to 1 week, so keep that in mind when beginning the process.
