We’ve made some changes on how downloading works in Regpack and I wanted to show you what’s changed.
- We’ve expanded the download capacity of user forms. Now you have the option to download your entire database.
- The download functions for user-uploaded content have been upgraded.
- Additionally, the download functions for downloading the entire application of a single user have been upgraded.
In the GIF below, you can see what’s new with the download functions.
As you can see, when you are in User Management you can click “View Forms”, and then the blue button “Download form for all users” appears at the top. This will generate a pop-up that prompts you to download this data as a PDF.
If you are viewing the forms of just one user, the blue button will read “Download Application” and will allow you to download that user’s entire application in PDF format.
