Getting Started with Regpack

I want to move forward with Regpack. What do I do?

I told my Regpack sales rep I want to get started. Now what?

You will receive a Welcome Letter via email. If you don’t receive it within one business day, please let us know.

I followed the directions in the Welcome Letter, and paid my setup fee. What do I do next?

A Project Manager will contact you within two business days.

If you want to be ahead of the game, start by gathering your current/future registration documents together to hand off to your Project Manager.

How do I set up my merchant account?

After paying your set up fee, you will need to fill out the “Merchant Set Up Form” in your Regpack account. The Regpack team will do the rest!

How soon can my project go live?

The projected timeline for going live is 10 business days after you pay your setup fee and provide all of your documents to your assigned Project Manager.

Additionally, we have a rush fee service that can get you live as quickly as 5 business days.

When is my first bill due?

Our billing clock starts from the moment your setup fee is paid so your first monthly bill is due 30 days from that point.

Can I add more admins to my account?

Be sure to let your sales rep know. You can choose to add more admins at the start of your account so they can be a part of the build process or add them after the system is established and you know more the level of access they’ll need.

What if I want other admins to have training?

Our training sessions are limited to one Super Admin per session, but all Super Admin can receive up to 3 individual training sessions that can be scheduled at their convenience. They simply need to contact support@regpacks.com to schedule time with one of our trainers.

Can I switch to the annual plan?

Of course! We have two different annual plans, 12-month and 24-month plans. Each comes with their own set of perks and both will save you at least 10% on your bill. Please contact us at sales@regpacks.com or payments@regpacks.com if you’d like to switch.

How secure is Regpack?

All of the information held on our servers are encrypted. All of our web pages are HTTP secure.
