Q: Let’s kick things off easy. Who are you, and what’s your Regpack superpower?
Nate: I’m Nate, an Account Executive here at Regpack. If I had to pick a superpower, I’d say it’s helping leaders trade burnout for balance—one innovative system at a time. I love meeting people, digging into their registration pain points, and showing them how Regpack can make their lives dramatically easier. Honestly, it’s all about those lightbulb moments when people realize, “Wait… this could save me hours a week.”

Q: Describe your job in five words or fewer—bonus points for creativity.
Nate: SaaS Solutions, Sales, and Smiles. Cheesy? Yes. Accurate? Also yes.

Q: What’s the funniest or weirdest question you’ve ever been asked on a sales call?
Nate: Someone once said, “We’re dinosaurs over here. My boss doesn’t even have a smartphone. Are you sure we’ll be able to manage this?” I assured them. Our onboarding Engineers walk every client through setup and tailor the system for both admins and registrants—even those who are not tech-savvy. Fast forward—they’re a happy client now and thriving with their setup.

Q: What’s a Regpack feature you low-key geek out over?
Nate: Admin forms. Most people think of Regpack as just a way to collect data from users—but being able to log info on the backend, filter it, and report on it? Game-changer.

Q: Sales can be a rollercoaster. What keeps you going?
Nate: The people. Having a great conversation, hearing frustrations, and then showing there’s a better way—it’s gratifying. Also… blueberry Red Bull. Not gonna lie.

Q: What’s one misconception about salespeople you’d like to bust?
Nate: That we’re all pushy. I’ve told people, “I don’t think Regpack is the right fit for what you need.” And they’re always grateful for the honesty. My goal isn’t to push—it’s to problem-solve.

Q: Explain Regpack to a 5-year-old.
Nate: It’s like Legos for planning a party. You use it to figure out who’s coming, what they want to do, and make it super easy for everyone to sign up. It keeps everything organized so there’s no confusion.

Q: Can you share a favorite “win” story?
Nate: A client was stressed because they needed next-day payouts and didn’t think Regpack could do it. He was ready to move all his billing dates. Then I remembered the “Capture Authorized Payments” feature—problem solved. That flipped the whole conversation, and he’s been a happy client ever since.

Q: If you could switch jobs with anyone at Regpack for a day, who would it be?
Nate: One of the Engineers. I love pushing the boundaries of what Regpack can do, and it’d be awesome to build from the backend just once. I’m always so impressed with what the dev team pulls off.
