We hear a lot of feedback about our support and we have been hard at work to make support enhancements that make getting in touch with us and finding help easier than ever.
These features have been rolled out into the Regpack system in the last year, but I wanted to personally make sure you knew about them so you could take full advantage of these support tools!
Email Support Within Regpack
Instead of heading over to your email inbox and typing out “
support@nightlyregpacks.com“, you can quickly send Regpack Support a message while you’re logged into the system. Simply click the “Help” tab at the top of the page and a pop-up will appear allowing you to send a message directly to Regpack support.
Be sure to include in the subject:
- The specific issue you are having.
- If it is a time sensitive issue.
- The module you are working in.
Support will respond within 24-48 hours.
Show Me How
If you are in the User Management, Products, or Autobilling tab, you will see a button called “Show Me How”.
If you click the Show Me How button, it will guide you through the steps to performing basic and common tasks in Regpack.
We are working to add the Show Me How button all across the system. The goal here, in addition to our help articles, is to help make learning and using Regpack on your own simple.
We have an extensive list of Help articles that address many common questions and guide you in setting up and managing your Regpack.
