It works awesome for us. a little tricky to navigate in the beginning but the online customer service was very helpful in setting up and when I had questions they normally get back to me fairly quickly. Yes it is rather costly compared to maybe other registration services however the ability to easily create weekly rosters, sales reports, send out group e-mails, etc. is worth the cost. my only hiccup in the past have been giving refunds and regpack being the middle man when dealing with the CC processing company. they seem to be working this out a bit making refunds easier to process. overall regpack is an asset to our business and i would recommend it.
