Unveiling Regpack’s Latest Efficiency Boosters: Bulk Product Tools

Regpack’s primary commitment to our clients is to simplify the day-to-day management of their onboarding systems payment collections and reduce manual labor.

We always strive to simplify our build system to give our clients time to focus on other aspects of their programs. Those saved clicks translate to hours or even days of effort that can be redirected to building a new marketing campaign, committing more time to build rapport during the sales process, or even taking a long lunch! 

1. Bulk Session Creation

Bulk Session creation is an update to an existing Regpack function. This new version will allow you to create sessions in batches rather than individually, similar to our auto-bill creation. We still kept the ability to create a single session, but now our clients can select a block of time and decide to split it daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. When creating a session, you’ll need to enter the start date, end date, term, and price, and then we’ll take care of the rest!

2. Bulk Deletion

In Regpack, we are cautious regarding the concept of deletion. One of our primary tenets is safeguarding anything input into our system, and our deletion philosophy leans towards a measure twice and cut once philosophy. That said, we have heard all client feedback and have come back with a solution – bulk deletion. As long as there are no orders on a product, an admin can instantly clear it out in bulk. 

3. Bulk Copy

This update is a minor twist on what currently exists in Regpack. Technically, you can bulk-copy products by selecting a group of products and hitting the copy button. This new version is session-focused and allows you to control how many copies are needed. Bulk creation will enable admins to create successive sessions in a few clicks, and this bulk copy will allow you to make multiples of the same session in a few clicks. It takes the same amount of effort whether you need 3, 4, or 40 of the same sessions.   

4. Bulk Editing

This is an entirely new function in Regpack. If you need to update the price of 25 products, you can do it all at once. If you’d like to update the description of 7 products, you can do it all at once. If you’d like to update the dates of 25 products, you can do it all at once. No more spending an entire podcast making changes; you’ll finish by the end of your favorite song.

This will save at least 30% labor hours when building your system and remove the PM assistance element for clients that only choose PM assistance for product rebuilds.
